Identify the version before comparing prices
Tell us the exact version shown in the car’s information, such as Rear-Wheel Drive, Long Range or Performance, where applicable. Model updates also matter, so mention whether a Model 3 is the Highland version rather than relying on the registration year alone.
Include the mileage, wheel specification, interior and any relevant equipment or purchased upgrades. We review what belongs to the car and can transfer with it; an account subscription or credit should not be assumed to increase the sale value.
Battery, charging and condition information
A paid battery-health report is not required for an initial offer. If you already have a report, battery repair record or warranty information, mention it. Tell us about charging interruptions, battery warnings, accident repairs or other issues you have noticed.
Photos of the wheels, exterior and cabin can help us assess condition. Have the key cards and charging cables included in the sale ready for inspection. We confirm the final purchase price after checking the vehicle and its history.
Selling a financed or imported Tesla
Outstanding finance does not prevent you requesting a valuation. If you proceed, we confirm the lender’s settlement process, pay the provider directly and transfer any remaining balance to you.
We consider imports already registered in Ireland. We do not buy insurance write-offs, including repaired Category N or Category S vehicles. Our usual buying range is 2013 onwards with less than 160,000 km; unusual or higher-value cars can be assessed individually.
The Tesla app transfer is a separate handover step
At an agreed sale, we confirm payment and complete the Irish dealer ownership transfer through Motortrans. Transferring the car in the Tesla app is separate from that process and from simply adding a driver.
Tesla says to remove or transfer the vehicle in the app only once you no longer own it or need access. Follow its current instructions after completion. Some subscriptions, upgrades and benefits may not transfer; Tesla’s app process can also take time to complete. You do not need to give us your Tesla account password.

No. Keep access while you own the car. Arrange the app transfer after the sale and payment are confirmed, following Tesla’s current instructions.
Do you collect Teslas outside Dublin?
Collection is free throughout Leinster after an agreed purchase. Viewings outside Dublin may be possible by agreement. Contact us to discuss the location before making travel arrangements.
